Towards the end of 2021 I started to struggle with my weight in a way I never had before. No matter what I did I couldn’t get the scale to budge. I could do a 24 hour fast and gain a pound. It was so frustrating and I was often left feeling defeated. There was always this nagging desire to constantly eat sweets which is a symptom of “insulin resistance.”
After undergoing bloodwork, my suspicions were confirmed. The results indicated elevated glucose levels, placing me in the “pre-diabetic” category. This realization was a wake-up call, signaling the urgent need to make changes to improve my health. Consequently, I embraced the realm of natural supplements and herbs, looking for ways to restore balance to my body.
To achieve long-term success, I recognize the importance of being proactive and intentional about my overall health and lifestyle. Therefore, I’ve committed to adopting a holistic approach to my health, understanding that quick fixes are often temporary and unsustainable.
Natures herbs and supplements serve as pathways to holistic well-being, offering numerous ways to enhance health naturally. At one point, my exploration of various options led my brother to dub me “Supplement Sally,” a nickname that has since remained.
